The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee has congratulated Shri Leander Paes for winning the Australian Open Mixed Doubles title in Melbourne.
In a message, the President has said, “Please accept my hearty congratulations on having won the Australian Open Mixed Doubles in Melbourne, making it your 15th Grand Slam title.
Your achievement is an inspiration for the youth of our country. The whole country joins your family and you in celebrating this impressive achievement.
I wish you continuing success and many more laurels in the future”.
