It has been decided in the preparatory meeting held on 29th Nov (Last Sunday) at IMCA Deptt. that VOSS 92 Annual Meet will be held on 10th Jan (Sunday) 2016 at Food Court, 2nd Floor, Reliance Super, Rly Station. Bhubaneswar. It will be convenient for the members those will come from Cuttack, Dhenkanal, Anugul, Jajpur, Paradeep, Puri, Balugaon, Berhampur, Khurda, Bhawanipatna &other places connected with Rail and Buses. It is centrally located and sufficient space available for parking of vehicles inside the campus. Good ambiance , Air conditioned, Sound & Dj available. Food will be as per our choice.
Members are requested to participate with their family and 92 batch mates. All are requested to confirm well in advance i.e before 5th January 2016 so that B.F/Lunch can be arranged accordingly. It will be tension free for organising committee if members will transfer(not deposit) their contribution through the Account stands in the name of Vanivihar Old Students Society 92 as mentioned in the left side of the Blog page. As it is a family get together VOSS discourages single participation . However individuals are also invited to participate. This year VOSS92 is going to release one Souvenir in the Annual Meet i.e 10th Jan. So all members are requested to contribute one article and photo through email uuvanivihar1992@gmail.com by 15th December 2015 positively. This year VOSS will organise a Cultural programme for entertainment of children and spouses.Members are requested to send their child name with performance by 20th December so that the cultural Committee will conduct the programme smoothly.
